Email Settings
Applies to every email sent from the Outbox. Team members you tick below can send client emails themselves; everyone else's emails wait here for approval. Automated emails (a later stage) will always wait for your approval until you switch them on.
RIELITY OS adds no signature, logo or contact footer of its own. Gmail doesn’t add your signature to emails sent by apps, so RIELITY OS places the one you set in Gmail (Settings → See all settings → Signature), read from Google when each email is sent — change it there and every email follows. Reading it needs Inbox access (Profile → Google Connection).
